The Waddesdon Bequest is a collection of priceless artefacts bequethed to the Brittish Museum by Baron Ferdinand Rothschild in 1894. Recently housed in a new permanant exhibition designed by Stanton Williams architects. Millennium Models were asked to produce a model of a section of one of the rooms expessing materials and finishes and lighting, Also modeled are the display cabinets neccesitating the reproducing the articals to be placed on display.
Millennium Models were commissioned earlier this year to produce a model to support the planning application of the proposed Triforium Tower by Ptolomey Dean. This is to be the first major addition to the building since Hawkmoor’s West Towers completed in 1745.
Millennium Models have worked on two projects that have been shortlisted for the 2014 RIBA Stirling prize

At Mipim this year. Millennium models were represented by two schemes in Moscow both by John McAslan And Partners.
Millennium Models collaborated in a recent competition for a tower that has a fine exoskeletal structure.
In 2011 the RIBA invited us to provide 1:50 models of all six shortlisted entries to the new generation pylon competition. All submissions were completed within the same time frame while maintaining complete confidentiality for all concerned.
MM work is included in an exhibition at the Victoria & Albert museum between 19th of May to 21st of October illustrating the regeneration of King’s Cross Station by John McAslan + Partners
